1. Reservation & Guarantee Policy
By submitting a booking request on our website, you request a booking hold. Since we feature 8 premium boutique rooms (Standard Double, Standard Twin, and Standard Triple), rooms are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To guarantee a room, our reservation manager will call you to confirm guest details and coordinate advance booking payments where applicable.
2. Check-In & Check-Out Schedules
- Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to room availability. Transit passengers requiring late check-out or check-in due to flight schedules must coordinate in advance. Additional fees may apply.
- Verification: A government-approved photo ID card (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests checking in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
3. Cancellation & Modification Policy
We understand travel schedules can change due to flight changes or weather conditions at Madurai International Airport. Our cancellation policies are as follows:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in time will receive a full refund (excluding bank transaction taxes).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will attract a 1-night room charge as retention fee.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be billed for the full booking value.
4. Stay Guidelines & House Rules
- Occupancy Limits: Double and Twin rooms allow up to 2 adults. Triple rooms allow up to 3 adults. Additional occupants without notice will not be accommodated.
- No Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all transit travellers, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms. Dedicated smoking zones are available outdoors.
- Damage: Any damage caused to hotel property, linen, or electronics will be charged to the guest's bill during check-out.
- Visitors: Day visitors are allowed in the lounge area but are not permitted to stay overnight in the guest rooms due to hotel safety rules.
5. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. The information collected during booking (Name, Phone number, Email, Dates) is strictly used to facilitate booking verification, check-in logs, and communication. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
